Max grew up in Germany and went on to start a management trainee program for the Linde Group. He soon realized that he missed the creativity in this course and found a passion in music production and public relations. After a year in Stuttgart, Germany he moved to Manchester, England, where he studied music production and public relations. In his summer holidays he worked at KBK GmbH a concert and artist agency in Munich gaining insight into the music industry and the complexities surrounding it.
His passion for music led to DJing; because sharing music, making people dance and laugh was more fulfilling than sitting in a studio. Being a part-time DJ he organised events at his university and started to work for Pad Communications, a Manchester based PR agency specialised in promoting musicians, DJ’s and night clubs. Max is more of an extroverted character, known for his energy, charm, optimism and interest in everything, spending as much time socialising as reading and hunting for new ideas and inspirations.
